1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "your") and win488 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at win488.cam (hereinafter "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to any bonus or offer you choose to accept. All such documents form part of the overall agreement between you and win488.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the terms of our gaming licence, to register and maintain an Account on the Platform. Win488 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We will verify your age as part of the KYC process and may suspend your Account pending satisfactory verification.

If we determine at any time that you were under the minimum required age at the time of registration, we reserve the right to void all wagers placed, withhold all associated winnings and return only the net deposited amount, subject to applicable fraud and compliance review.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. Win488 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend accounts associated with users accessing from jurisdictions where the Platform's services cannot lawfully be offered.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Account Rules

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, win488 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and to confiscate any balances therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Win488 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Win488 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address and proof of ownership of payment methods used. You agree to provide such documents promptly upon request. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account suspension.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Win488 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, and to close the account after a further extended period of inactivity. Prior notice will be sent to the email address registered to the Account before any fee is applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Win488 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, along with available deposit methods, are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by user account, verification status or jurisdiction. Deposit processing times vary depending on the method selected.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account or to methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Win488 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are published in the cashier.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Where a withdrawal request is submitted before applicable wagering requirements are met, win488 reserves the right to remove the bonus component and any associated winnings from the requested amount.

5.3 Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited to your Account. Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including verified technical errors resulting in duplicate deposits. All refund requests must be submitted to our support team for review. Win488's determination on refund requests is final, subject to applicable licensing authority dispute procedures.

5.4 Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currencies as are made available on the Platform at the time of registration. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are conducted in a currency different from the Account currency. Win488 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

Win488 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where it suspects error, abuse, collusion or unusual betting patterns. A wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed on-screen and a bet reference number has been issued. Network or system errors during the bet placement process do not constitute a binding wager.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to a wager being confirmed. Win488 offers a wide range of sports markets with particular depth in Pakistan cricket (including PSL fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic competitions), football, UFC and esports. Market availability and betting rules specific to each sport or game type are published in the relevant help section of the Platform.

6.3 Errors and Palpable Errors

Where odds or game payouts are published in error — including obvious pricing errors commonly referred to as "palpable errors" — win488 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. The Company's decision on whether an error constitutes a palpable error is final. Knowingly exploiting pricing errors is considered Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.

6.4 Casino and Live Games

Casino games, slots and live dealer products are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to their respective Return to Player (RTP) figures, which are published within each game's information panel. Win488 does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators or live dealer actions as applicable.

6.5 Dispute Resolution for Wagers

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a wager must be submitted to our support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the event settlement. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. Win488's decision on settled wagers is final unless the matter is referred to the relevant licensing authority dispute process.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers and promotional incentives offered by win488 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotional-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that particular offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and time limits are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms. Wagering on excluded games or below minimum eligible odds will not contribute toward satisfaction of wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Win488 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk qualifying bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using systematic staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity that the Company determines constitutes an attempt to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

Win488 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms are published on the Platform and updated as necessary. It is your responsibility to review the current terms of any promotion before participating.

8 Responsible Gambling

Win488 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly within the Account settings section of the Platform.

Gambling on the Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. If you believe that your gambling has become problematic, you are encouraged to make immediate use of the self-exclusion facility or to contact our support team for assistance. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms or any mechanical or electronic means to place wagers;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or exploiting pricing inefficiencies in a systematic manner;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing or any conduct connected to the manipulation of sporting events;
• Knowingly exploiting palpable errors in odds or game payouts;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited;
• Any conduct that in win488's reasonable opinion constitutes fraud, abuse or an attempt to circumvent these Terms.

Win488 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the User.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game software and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of win488 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win488, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.

Win488 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Win488's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by Win488

Win488 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where the User has breached these Terms, where we suspect fraudulent activity, where required by law or regulatory direction, or where we are otherwise unable to continue providing services to the User's jurisdiction. In cases of material breach by the User, win488 may withhold balances pending investigation.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to liability, intellectual property and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win488 holds its gaming licence. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

This does not restrict your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law. Pakistani users should be aware that local courts may or may not enforce judgments connected with online gambling activity — this is a matter of Pakistani domestic law on which you should seek independent advice.

14 Amendments

Win488 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.
